Why I can’t place my order?

Below are the reasons of the this problem,

  1. you have not create account as customer.
  2. for phone users, please click the menu button on your browser to choose “Desktop Site” to continue your checkout progress.

Here are the solutions:

1. Make sure you had sign up and log in.

After sign up, we’ll send you a link via email the first time you take an action that requires verification.

You should receive a verification email within 10 minutes after signing up. You will not receive an email if you enter the wrong email address.

Look for the verification email in your inbox and click the link in that email. 

Didn’t get the email?

Check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t end up there. You can also click ‘Send again’ to get the verification email again.

2. For phone users, please use 'Desktop Site' when checkout.

The ‘Desktop Site’ is in your menu ‘☰’ of browser. 

Tick ‘Desktop Site’ and the site will convert to desktop site. Then, you can continue your checkout progress.
